YL-PL-WR is a high performance based on polycarboxylate, specifically developed as effective dispersant, fluidized and high range water reducing concrete agent.

YL-PL-WR is a neutral concentrate grade, it is mainly used as a raw material to produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type F specifications.

• Ø       YL-PL-WR can be applied in a wide variety industry and can improve the workability to the concrete and to improve high early compressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios while maintaining normal levels of workability.
• Ø       It can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumping concrete, super-fluid self-compacting and high-performance concrete; it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete.

• Ø       High water reducing rate and excellent plasticizing effect. And produces concrete with high levels of workability without segregation.
• Ø       Excellent dispersion and self-compacting effect can produce different grade strength super fluid self-compacting concrete.
• Ø       Can be a substantial increase in early and late strengths of concrete, so that increase the project construction schedule.
• Ø       Better plasticity-maintaining could significantly prolong the transit time of concrete, it reduce economic losses and ensure the normal pumping of concrete.
• Ø       Improves the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of the concrete. Lower drying shrinkage of the concrete by 20% or more compared with naphthalene-based admixtures.
• Ø       High applicability: It can be used with different variety of cement.
• Ø       Improved finished concrete surface ability.

• Ø       No chloride ions and no corrosion to steel bar.

0.25– 0.7% by weight of cement. Standard water reduction at normal dosage and significant water reduction at higher dosage. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.

• Ø       Cannot be added together with rosin soup air entrainer.
• Ø       Cannot be kept in metal container for too long.
• Ø       When mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that it takes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures.
• Ø       Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.
• Ø       After setting aside for long time (over one month), please fully mix before using.

It is packed in 200kg per drum.

Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.

Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
